Judge Healthcare is seeking a Health Information Technician in Evansville, IN!
Location: Evansville, IN 47714
Type of engagement: Contract 6+ weeks
Hours: 4:30pm-1am OR 1st shift 8:00 am – 4:30pm
Specific Duties:
- The HIM Technician performs clerical/technical duties associated with medical records processes and procedures.
- This could include the retrieval, preparation, scanning, imagining, filing, quality review and indexing of paper documents.
- The HIM Technician is skilled with operating equipment and with the detailed technical aspects of their assigned duties.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of Confidentiality Practices, Hospital Experience Preferred, Sense of Urgency as it pertains to productivity.
- High Attention to detail, proven ability to multi-task.
- Ability to follow written and verbal direction, comfortable with fast paced change of priority requirements.
- Must be comfortable with high paced clerical work.
